If you wish to cancel your membership, you may do so for any reason within the first 30 days for each of your membership terms. You will receive a full refund of your membership fees, less DAA’s cost of any claims paid and/or services rendered.

To receive your refund, simply notify us in writing and return your membership card to the following address.
